Additional notes from various sources:

There are references to Whittle Cemetery in Section 17 of Mt. Pulaski Township as well as unnamed cemeteries in Sections 11 and 22 of Elkhart Township; Lutes Cemetery in Section 13 of Chester Township and Roe Chapel Cemetery in Atlanta Township are also among the "missing." They are mentioned in various sources but we have been unable to determine their location.

Beverly Cemetery in SE 1/4 of Section 1, Eminence Township, was moved to either Atlanta or Mount Joy Cemetery by Harold and Barrett Rogers when the property changed hands in the mid 1930s per Jean Pyle; there was a Union Cemetery in Section 7, West Lincoln Township. Union was a railroad stop with a few homes, a church and a cemetery.

Hendrickson was closed and stones moved to Laenna Cemetery; Latham-Thompson is a private cemetery on the north side of Elkhart hill; Orendorff/Medcalf is on private property; Reece/Shellhammer is on private property; Lawrence/Bell is on private property.

Walnut Hill is in Logan County but is maintained by Sangamon County.

Published listings for many of the cemeteries available from the Logan County Genealogical & Historical Society and the Decatur Historical Society [and perhaps other organizations]. The Mt. Pulaski Township Historical Society has some cemetery listings at their facility. The published listings may contain additional genealogical information not on the stones.
