FRANK BOHN, 76, OF LINCOLN, PASSED AWAY AT HOSPITAL

Frank Bohn, 718 Oglesby Ave., Lincoln, Ill., died at 4:45 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 1951 in St. Clara's Hospital, Lincoln. Mr. Bohn had been in ill health for several months and a patient in the hospital six days. He was aged 76 years and 7 days.

Mr. Bohn was born Jan. 20, 1875 in Elkhart township, a few miles northwest of Cornland, Ill., the son of John and Anna Simmons Bohn. About 54 years ago he married Florence Raholitz of Elkhart township. They farmed the Cornland community for several years. She proceeded him in death about 25 years ago. Mr. Bohn later located in Kenney, and 10 years ago moved to Lincoln. He was well known in Cornland, Lake Fork and Mount Pulaski.

Decedent is survived by the following children: Mrs. Rupert Luckhart and Mrs. Jacob Buttell Jr., of Lincoln; Mrs. Nelson Rogers, Mount Pulaski; Mrs. Jess Litterly, Lake Fork; Mrs. Charles Brook and Mrs. Russell Hopper, Rockford; Normal and Fred, of Cornland; Herman of Lake Fork; Harry, Tucson, Arizona; Charles in the U. S. Army, stationed in Georgia. Also 29 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The body was removed to the Schahl funeral home in Mount Pulaski, where funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, conducted by Rev. L. H. Appel, pastor of the First Christian Church, Lincoln. Three hymns were sung by Paul R. Moore, of Mount Pulaski.

Burial was in the Carlyle Cemetery four miles west of Mount Pulaski. Pallbearers were Ben Scroggin and George Mason of Lincoln; Huse Flinn, Mount Pulaski; Fred Fuiten, W. H. Bryson and Ruel Batterton, Cornland.
