GEORGE BROWN

George S. Brown, 91, of 719 Woodlawn Road, died at 9:05 am Sunday at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. He was a retired farmer and carpenter.

The funeral will be at 10:30 am, Tuesday at Holland and Barry Funeral Home, the Rev. Lloyd Tebo officiating. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 o'clock tonight.

Mr. Brown was born Dec. 31, 1877, in Lincoln, a son of Horace and Sarah Hull Brown. He married Grace Everman, November 23, 1898, and she survives with two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Leisch and Mrs. Gilbert Hoaglin, both of Lincoln. There are seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Mr. Brown was a member of the First Baptist Church.
