FRED W. HEINZEL

Fred W. Heinzel, 73, of 1604 Broadway St., died at 11:15 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 1983, at his residence. He had retired after 32 years employment as a coal miner. Surviving are his wife, Stephanie; a son, Steven of Springfield; three brothers, Carl of Lincoln, Paul of Eureka, Mo. and Edward of Quincy; a sister Mildred Donath of Lincoln, and three grandchildren. A brother is deceased. He was born 17 October 1909 in Lincoln, the son of William P. and Hannah Hoffert Heinzel. He married Stephanie Krznar, September 22, 1936 in Lincoln145. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Kerrigan Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Goodman officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.



Funeral services for Fred W. Heinzel were conducted March 29, at Kerrigan Funeral Home, with the Rev. Norman Goodman officiating. Pallbearers were Mike Schneider, Rick Schneider, Joe Schneider, Bill Donath, Ed Donath and Don Heinzel. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
