HAROLD RUWE

Harold Ruwe, 64, of rural Lincoln died at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at his residence, apparently from a heart attack. He was a retired farmer.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Zion Lutheran church, with the Rev. A. J. Goldberger officiating. Burial will be in Union cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday afternoon and evening at Holland and Barry Funeral Home. The casket will be taken to the church at noon Tuesday.

The deceased was born Aug. 23, 1904 in Chester Township, a son of William and Louise Hoffert Ruwe. His marriage to Elizabeth Brown took place March 29, 1942, at Havana. She survives with two sons (error – brothers) Alfred of Oxford, Ind., and Elmer of Lincoln, and two daughters (error – sisters) Mrs. Edna Gaydosh of Mason City; and Mrs. Leona Ruff of Strasburg.
