Mary Etta Boughan

Died at the home, 712 Fourth street, at 10:30 p.m., yesterday. Mary Boughan, wife of Abram Boughan, at the age of 76 years, 4 months and 13 days. The deceased was born in Ohio, Sept. 15, 1841, and for sixty years had resided in Illinois. Her maiden name was Mary Etta Jones, her parents having been J. W. Jones and Nancy McCarthy Jones. Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter whom she reared. Mrs. M. Thompson, and the following brothers and sisters: R. W. Jones, W. E. Jones, J. L. Jones, J. R. Jones, Henry Jones and George M. Jones, all of them well known residents of Lincoln. She was a member of the Lincoln Hill church, from where the funeral will be held on Thursday, at 10 a.m. with Rev. J. B. Muir officiating. The interment will be in Lucas cemetery west of the city.
