JOHN CUTLIP

Cutlip - Thursday, May 11 at 5 a.m., John Cutlip, a well-known Logan County citizen, at his farm residence, one and a half miles south of Lincoln, of Bright's disease, aged 78 years. Mr. Cutlip has been in failing health for years, his mind having been afflicted. For a year past he suffered from Bright's disease, but did not become seriously prostrated until the day before his death. The deceased was born in Ohio and for many years was a resident of Logan County. Three years ago last February his good wife preceded him to the other land. Six children are left to mourn his death - Mrs. L.E. Steele and Mrs. Ella Council of Springfield, Mrs. Thomas Sorrell of Peoria and Mrs. James Miller and Mrs. Lester Acton of Lincoln.
