RICHARD HOFFERT

Richard Hoffert, 76, of 1221 Logan St. died at 4:30 a.m. Friday at his home.

His body was removed to Holland and Barry Funeral Home where friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and burial will be in Swan Lake cemetery at Peoria.

Hoffert was born in Lincoln Jan. 5, 1890, the son of the late Fred and Minnie Hoffman Hoffert. He married Elsie Young Dec. 21, 1911 in Lincoln. Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Norma Donoho of Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. Louise Ruwe, of Lincoln; four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. One son, one brother, and one sister preceded him in death.

The deceased has resided here only the past two months, having lived in Peoria for 29 years previous.
