Edward Brown Liesman, about 70, a retired Lincoln farmer, was found dead about 9 this morning at Lee hotel, 225 E. State St., where he had been living since May 1. Mr. Liesman was last seen at 1 this morning.
A post-mortem will be conducted by Coroner Chauncey E. Wood Friday morning.
Born in Lincoln, he was a son of Brown and Mary Beeler Liesman. Surviving are a son, Edgar Liesman of 815 N Monroe Ave Peoria, and two sisters, Mrs. Bruce Travis of Peoria and Mrs. Gerald McIntosh of Peoria Heights. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gauss mortuary.
