RITES MONDAY FOR MRS. MUSICK, 81

Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda Musick, 81, whose death occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Raymond Armstrong at Beason, were held Monday afternoon. There was a brief ceremony from the home at 1:30 o'clock and from harmony church at 2 o'clock.

Rev. R. J. Wroughton and Rev. M. L. Johnson conducted the services and burial was in the Zion cemetery. Mrs. Musick's death followed an illness of three years. She was born in Ohio, August 13, 1857, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Wise. Her marriage to Ephraim Musick took place in Lincoln in 1875 and their entire married lives were spent on Logan County farms. He preceded her in death.

The following sons and daughters survive: Mrs. Raymond Armstrong, Beason; Harry Musick, Oak Park; William Musick and Mrs. Mabel Doss, Monticello and Clarence L. Musick, Decatur. Brothers and sisters surviving are Scott Wise, Waynesville; Harvey Wise, Lawndale; Mrs. Laura Dinny, Twin falls, Idaho; Mrs. Cora Morrow and Mrs. Sarah Conklin, Lincoln; a step daughter, Mrs. Alice Newman, Omaha, Neb.; and a step brother, William Cutlip, Lincoln.

Two sons, J. Chris Musick and Ora Musick preceded their mother in death. The body was removed Sunday from the Sheets Funeral Home to the Armstrong residence.
