J. F. OLIVER DIES IN SPRINGFIELD

The death of James F. Oliver, a former Lincoln resident, occurred at 7 o'clock Wednesday night at St. John's hospital, in Springfield, according to word received in Lincoln today.

When a resident of this city, Mr. Oliver was employed as a plaster and resided at 636 West Fourth street. For the past four years he resided in Springfield with his daughter, Mrs. Bertha Staley. His death occurred at the age of 82 years. Mrs. Oliver passed away a number of years ago and the following children survive: W. H., J. N. and Harry E. Oliver of Chicago, Roy A. Oliver, Des Moines, Iowa, Burley Oliver and Mrs Staley of Springfield.

The funeral party will drive to Lincoln Friday morning and at 10:00 o'clock services will be conducted in the First Christian church, by Rev. L. H. Hooe. Internment will be made in Union cemetery.
