Mrs. Margaret Schick Hager, 91, died at 12:45 o'clock at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Ill., following a lingering illness. She was born Nov. 30, 1869, at Mt. Pulaski, Ill. she was a former resident of this city. She was the widow of Jacob J. Hager, former president of the Mt. Pleasant Coal Co., who died in Terre Haute in 1950. They lived in Terre Haute for 68 years before moving to Springfield in 1951. Surviving are two daughters, Miss Margaret A. Hager of Joplin Mo., and Miss Louise E. Hager of Springfield, Ill., and a niece, Mrs. Catherine Fee of Terre Haute.
The body will be brought to Terre Haute and taken to the Frank M. - Patrick J. Ryan Funeral Home from the Smith Funeral Chapel in Springfield. Funeral services will be held here Saturday afternoon with burial to follow in Calvary cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a. m. Saturday. Graveside services will follow.
