Estate of John Huston, deceased

I John Huston of the County of Logan and State of Illinois being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this as my last will and testament.

1st, I give and bequeath to John Franklin Huston my grandson an undivided one half interest in the following described Real Estate to wit:

The South East Quarter of the north East Quarter of Section five. The South half of the north West Quarter of Section Four except a strip of land five rods in width off the north side; also the East half of the South West Quarter of Section Four except on and a half acres in a triangular shape in the South West corner previously sold to David Burks also the East Half of the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Four (4) all in Township Fourteen North and Range one (1) West of the 3d R M Logan County Illinois during his natural life and at his death to decend and become vested in his issue being the heirs of his body if he shall have any and if not to go to his wife if living and at his death to revert back and become vested in the lawful issue of my body, and in case the said John Franklin Huston shall die without any issue and not leave a wife then the said premises above mentioned to revert backward becomes vested in the lawful issue of my body.

2nd, I give and bequeath to Adeline Biliter the remaining undivided one half interest in the previously described premises to hold during her natural life and at her death to go to and become vested in the lawful issue of her body if she shall have any and in case of her death without leaving any lawful issue of her body then the said land is to revert back and become vested in the lawful heirs of my body or of therein legal heirs.

I hereby revoke all other wills that I may have made and leave this as my last will and testament.

We David Brancher and E. D. Blinn being called for the purpose of witnessing this the last will and testament of John Huston by him at his request; it being read over to him in his presence and in the presence of each of us and seeing him sign and seal said will and acknowledge the same as his last will and testament in our presence.
