Will of Elizabeth J. Laughery

In the name of God, Amen, I Elizabeth J. Laughery of Logan County and State of Illinois being weak in body but of sound and perfect memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say at my demise.

After paying all my just debts all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both Real and Personal I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Roxy Ann Cruser whom I hereby appoint my sole Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of June A. D. 1865.

Signed, sealed, and declared by the above named Elizabeth J. Laughery to be her last will and testament in the presence of use who at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
