LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN D. UNGERER

Dated November 19th, 1903, filed March 24th, 1904, and recorded in Will Book 4, page 189. Will proven in open court and admitted to probate and ordered recorded.

Fredericka D. Ungerer appointed Executrix without bonds. Estate in course of settlement.

I, John D. Ungerer being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, as follows.

First after my lawful debts are paid, I will to my wife Frederick D. Ungerer, in fee simple all my real estate and personal property including money and interest for her use and benefit. Should there be anything left after my wife's death I will to my daughter Mary W. McAfee and my daughter Nettie E. Veff the rest and remainder of what ever there may be to be divided share and share alike between them, and to the heirs of my deceased daughter Fredrecia Steiner $1.00 each and my good will. I hereby appoint my wife Fredrica D. Ungerer to be Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and canceling all former wills by me made without bonds. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the 19 day of November 1903.
